Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing (RCAM)
Few communities truly have a Public-Private Partnership to development an advanced manufacturing workforce to rival Sullivan County's. Our Regional Center for Advanced Manufacturing (RCAM) was funded by Eastman, Domtar Corporation, Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, City of Kingsport, State of Tennessee, and Northeast State Community College. The RCAM offers programs in:
